Executive Assistant - FMCG – 2/3-month contract, may go permanent

Salary £50,000 - £60,000

Based in Chiswick, West London

Hybrid Role - Will need to be flexible, will need to be in the office when the CEO is in

A leading global FMCG company based in Chiswick, West London, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is a fast-paced, varied role requiring a confident and experienced EA who can manage complex diaries, coordinate travel, prepare key documentation, and ensure seamless communication across senior stakeholders. You'll provide high-level administrative support, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. An initial 4-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Duties Include:

* Organise and manage complex calendars, ensuring optimal time allocation for meetings and commitments.
* Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements while considering budget and preferences to enhance travel experiences.
* Prepare and organise documentation that communicates important information effectively.
* Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to align on project objectives and responsibilities.
* Manage stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth collaboration and information sharing.
* Proactively address challenges that may arise to maintain project momentum.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including organising meetings and managing correspondence.
* Adapt to changing priorities and tasks with ease to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain a results-oriented focus to achieve organisational goals efficiently.

Experience Required:

* Minimum of 5 years’ solid experience as a C-level executive assistant for a global company
* Experience of working for a FMCG company would be desirable, open to other industries
* Microsoft Office experience including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of confidentiality and professionalism
