Role: Promotions Manager Contract Length: 6 months, with a possibility of extension Location: Hybrid/Kilburn – 3 days on site IR35: Inside Pay Rate to Intermediary: £440 per day Security Clearance: BPSS Spinwell is recruiting for a Promotions Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROMOTIONS MANAGER Plan, coordinate and deliver end to end promotion processes. Liaise with outsourced providers to ensure milestones are met. Handle candidate or internal escalations regarding promotions. Use project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project) to manage timelines. Provide excellent customer service, often acting as the frontline representative during assessment activities. Work both independently on assigned projects and collaboratively across the team of eight. Support peers on adjacent projects when timelines clash or support is required. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE PROMOTIONS MANAGER Exceptional organisation & time management – cited as critical by both hiring managers. Clear, confident communication across stakeholders (candidates, suppliers, internal colleagues). Ability to work well under pressure during peak promotion cycles. High standard of customer service for escalations and frontline interactions. Proficiency in Excel (essential). Experience with project management tools (ideally MS Project).
