About the Role: Sous Chef
We are passionate about real cooking — for our customers and our team. As Sous Chef, you'll be the right hand to the Head Chef, supporting, leading, and engaging the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service across 14 shifts a week.
Your responsibilities include leading shifts, ensuring effective and safe kitchen operations, maintaining high standards in stocks, Health & Safety, Hygiene, and food quality. You will be manning the pass to ensure our food is on-spec and on-time, upholding 5-star kitchen standards.

What You'll Bring
* Current Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager looking to advance
* Experience with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (food prep, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene)
* A proactive work ethic, leading by example to maintain high standards
* Relentless drive to overcome challenges
* Knowledge of KPIs and decision-making in the absence of the Head Chef regarding labour, stock, and safety
* Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders and build trust with Ops Chefs and Managers
* Knowledge of rota scheduling, sales, labour forecasts, reporting, recruitment, and HR
* Experience in training and recruiting kitchen staff, including Apprentices, KPs, Chefs, Junior Sous Chefs, and Sous Chefs
