Your new role:
As a vital part of the Technical Operations Team, your main responsibility will be to manage and complete risk capture and endorsement processing, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing binding/slip processing, maintaining data entry and accuracy in the underwriting system for inwards business, liaising with stakeholders, and improving processes.
* Overseeing outsourced providers, ensuring SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs are met, and reviewing processes quarterly.
* Collaborating with the Actuarial team to update earnings patterns monthly.
* Maintaining data quality within Prequel, ensuring training, error correction, and continuous improvement.
* Monitoring performance, managing workloads, supporting audits, producing reports, and maintaining documentation.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* At least 10 years in the Insurance industry.
* Operations/Management experience, including managing outsourced providers.
* Understanding of Underwriting and Policy Administration systems.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and report presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
