Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum (inclusive of sleep night allowance)
Shift Pattern: 2 days on / 4 days off (including sleep nights)

Supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
Supervising, leading, and developing a team of care staff
Ensuring care practices meet Ofsted requirements, quality standards, and legislative frameworks
Providing therapeutic, child-centred care to young people who may struggle in larger group settings
Promoting safeguarding, equal opportunities, and a safe, nurturing environmentEssential Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential care home (within the last 5 years)
At least 12 months’ experience supervising/managing staff in a care setting
Level 3 Diploma (or above) in Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, legislation, and quality standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Full UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK with no restrictions
