This varied role combines guiding visitors through the bunker and tunnels with providing excellent customer service in the shop. The main focus is ensuring visitor safety while delivering an engaging and informative experience.
Responsibilities include leading tours, enforcing safety procedures, delivering short historical introductions, assisting visitors, operating the till, preparing teas and coffees, restocking displays, handling payments, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a professional manner, and a positive, customer-focused attitude. An interest in local or wartime history is a bonus. Full training provided.Core skills required
