About The Role
We are looking for an experienced mobile cleaner to join our team!
As a mobile cleaning supervisor, you will be field-based and required to travel between site locations within and around the Plymouth area. A company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided, along with all the cleaning equipment necessary for your role.
Duties And Responsibilities
* Attend sites to resolve cleaning issues and ensure standards are met
* Clean all areas of client sites, including hoovering floors, cleaning, and sanitising surfaces
* Maintain cleaning standards based on specifications
* Follow health & safety legislation at all times
* Respond to ad hoc requests from Management
* Escalate concerns or site intelligence to the Area Manager
* Complete stock checks and follow procedures for ordering
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, Regional Managers, and Area Managers
* Support training and inductions for new cleaners
Qualifications And Skills
* Experience in a similar role
* Proactive, detail-oriented, methodical, and organised
* Self-motivated, confident, approachable, with a flexible attitude
* Excellent client focus with a proven track record in facilities management or contract cleaning
* Team player capable of motivating others
