Regional Housing Administrator – Remote / Hybrid

Working arrangement
Hybrid working arrangement – part‑time 22 hours per week – based in March (Beacon House) or Norwich (Reed House).
Responsibilities
* Deliver a highly customer‑focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to the Neighbourhood Team.
* Report communal repairs to contractors, maintain relevant records, and action gas safety processes.
* Liaise with contractors and raise Purchase Orders.
* Maintain garage tenancy records and process lettings and terminations, maximising income collection and liaising with colleagues on inspections.
* Write clear, accurate and concise records, analyse data from various sources and prioritise workload as required.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer‑service environment.
* Demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong written communication skills and data analysis ability.
Compensation
Salary: £27,024 to £31,185 per annum pro‑rata.
Contract
Secondment / Fixed‑term contract until 31 March 2027.

Wednesday 6th May 2026 at midnight.
Eligibility
