The Role:
As a Senior Associate, you will be involved in:
· High-stakes Employment Tribunal litigation
· Strategic HR advisory work
· TUPE and employment aspects of corporate transactions (both domestic and cross-border)
· Senior executive terminations and board-level advice
· Business reorganisations and redundancy programmes
About You:
· A qualified solicitor with ideally 5+ years' PQE in employment law, with experience gained at a national or international firm.
· Strong technical expertise across both contentious and non-contentious employment work.
· A commercial mindset and experience advising major employer clients.
· Demonstrable leadership skills - whether mentoring juniors or driving business development.
