About the Role
As a Stock Manager you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise performance targets. You’ll support the growth of our online business, ensuring customers receive the best online experience and timely service. You will manage stock processes, return handling, packaging for online orders, and ensure efficient back‑of‑house operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Management team across back‑of‑house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
* Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment while meeting targets.
* Create an atmosphere where team motivation and inspiration are core.
* Adapt to change and work hands‑on in commercial and operational activities.
* Maintain up‑to‑date, accurate communication to meet business needs.
Candidate Profile
* Passionate about customers, people and products; energetic and motivating.
* Great communicator, friendly, calm, efficient, and maintains realistic expectations under pressure.
* Team player able to deliver in a result‑driven, fast, challenging environment, with adaptability.
* Problem‑solving, sound decision‑making, ability to challenge processes and champion innovative ideas.
* Effective multitasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload.
Shift Details
13.5 hours per week: Mon 16:00‑21:00; Tue 16:00‑21:00; Sat 16:00‑20:00.
