We are recruiting for an experienced Driving Team Leader (Sprinter) - Multi Drop Driver based in Grays, Essex. This is a great opportunity for you to progress within an excellent family-run company.
Details of an Driving Team Leader - Sprinter:
* Location: Grays, Essex
* Start date: 5th January 2026
* Start time: From 4:30am
* Pay rate: £16.70 per hour
* 45 hours per week plus optional overtime
* Multi drop driving
Temporary role with potential for a permanent contract and long term stability.
Requirements of a Driving Team Leader - Sprinter
* Experience of managing or leading a team in a similar driving role
* Full driving licence required with no more than 6 points
* Previous experience driving a Sprinter Van
* Must be able to pass a DBS check
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
