AREA MANAGER (B)
Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service has a vacancy for a motivated and committed individual with strong experience. You will be values-based, highly talented, and an exceptional leader with the vision to drive the Service forward.
The skills and requirements for this role include a commitment to our values and behaviours, as well as empowering and enabling leadership. You must also be on our operational command rota and capable of resolving operational incidents at a strategic level (Level 4 incident command).
In accordance with the current promotion service order, applications are welcomed from existing Group Managers and Area Managers who meet the following criteria:
* Substantive within their current role (Group Manager or Area Manager)
* Competent within their current role (Group Manager or Area Manager)
* No live disciplinary sanctions against them
