Job Opportunity: Commercial Support (Full-Time)
Location: Lincoln
Responsibilities
1. Verifying costs on our systems
2. Uploading paperwork
3. Preparing and maintaining commercial files, including compiling reports from information provided by the commercial team and databases
4. Managing and filing documents for the commercial team, including systematic archiving
5. Assisting the Commercial Team with pricing, budget, or contract changes
6. Scrutinising subcontractor invoicing for processing
7. Maintaining trackers to ensure data accuracy and currency

* Prior office experience preferred

Main Purpose of the Role
Supporting the Commercial Team with invoice processing, liaising with subcontractors, maintaining live recording processes, and reporting on commercial activities daily to ensure efficient administrative operations within a busy commercial office environment.
