We are seeking a passionate and dedicated CodingTeacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, fostering student engagement, and delivering high-quality instruction tailored to the needs of each student. This would be for an afterschool club at a primary school based in Stratford upon Avon, CV37.
Day to be confirmed
Time - 3:15pm - 4:15pm
Duties
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
* Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress and any concerns.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
* Collaborate with other educators to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that enrich the learning experience.
Skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students and parents.
* Excellent organisational abilities to manage classroom activities, lesson planning, and administrative tasks efficiently.
* Patience and empathy to support students' individual needs and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
* Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes, including digital resources and interactive tools.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student feedback and learning outcomes.
