Senior Event Manager : London Venue : A GBP 45,000 : A GBP 50,000 + Bonus
My client is leading London events venue who host an array of live events from gala dinners and product launches to conferences and exhibitions. Were seeking a Senior Event Manager to join the team overseeing events from contract handover to delivery, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and manage events from start to finish
* Maintain top-level client service and communication
* Lead meetings with clients, suppliers, and contractors
* Advise on venue operations, logistics, and compliance
* Oversee Health and Safety and risk assessments
* Ensure suitable staffing levels of front of house staff
Experience / Qualifications
* Previous experience of complex event management and logistics for a large scale venue
* Positive and hands-on approach
* Experience working within a fast-paced environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects at once
* Outstanding organisational, planning and project management skills
