The Role:
* Supporting children aged 2 years within a dedicated toddler room
* Providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
* Assisting with daily routines including play, meals, and personal care
* Supporting early development through play-based learning and activities
* Working closely with room leaders and Early Years staff to maintain high standards
Requirements:
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (essential)
* Experience working with children aged 2–3 years
* A good understanding of the EYFS framework
* A warm, patient, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
