Supervisor - Southwark - 42 hours per week - £35,854.07 per annum + annual performance-based bonus

We are looking to recruit an experienced Supervisor to work on the streets directing and managing a team of Civil Enforcement Officers. Our Officers are responsible for enforcing the civil and parking laws of the local area, ensuring public safety and reducing traffic congestion. As their Supervisor, you will ensure operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract.
What will you do?
* You will manage your on-street team of Civil Enforcement Officers.
* Communicate effectively and lead from the front
* Work on-street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed
* Motivate, praise and develop your team
* Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues
* Set objectives, conduct appraisals and identify training needs for operational staff
* You will identify and assist in the development of new business within the contract
The ideal candidate will have a hand-on supervisory approach and an eager attitude to contribute to the local community.
What will you bring?
* You will need to have 2 years minimum management experience/supervisor experience or equivalent level of training
* Be able to demonstrate excellent people management skills including coaching, training and recruiting
* Experience working within a client facing role with good commercial acumen
* Experience of monitoring KPIs
* A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Hold a full clean UK Manual Driving Licence
