This is a part time position starting ASAP, ideal for someone passionate about helping children thrive in a classroom setting. Key Responsibilities: Support teaching and learning in the classroom under the direction of the class teacher. Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning and ensure progress. Provide targeted support for children with additional needs, including SEN. Assist with classroom organisation, preparation of learning resources, and daily routines. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes pupil engagement and well-being. Support behaviour management in line with school policies and promote positive interactions. Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and parents to support each child's development. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in a school setting. A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learning. A genuine interest in child development and education. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
