JMHS is seeking to appoint Cleaners who are enthusiastic, well-motivated and dedicated to provide an excellent cleaning service.
It is expected that successful applicants will have:
1. An understanding and perception of the need for a high standard of cleanliness in schools.
2. Possess a thorough approach to cleaning and the storage of cleaning materials
3. The ability to work effectively with other cleaning staff and managers.
4. A good time keeper.
5. A commitment to providing a clean and pleasant environment for pupils and staff.
6. To work in support of the ethos of the school.
7. Previous experience of cleaning is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
JMHS was recognised by OFSTED in November 2022 as a ‘Good’ school. It is particularly noted for the quality of the curriculum, care, guidance and support, and leadership and management. We have excellent standards of pastoral care, and superb enrichment opportunities.
