Account Manager – Twyford
Up to £40,000 basic + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £60,000 Year 1 | £72,000 Year 2 | £88,000+ Year 3

A fast-growing business in Twyford is expanding its sales team and is looking for an Account Manager who enjoys having real conversations, building long-lasting client relationships, and earning uncapped commission.
This role is built around warm inbound enquiries, account development, and long-term relationships. You’ll manage a portfolio of inbound enquiries and existing clients, turning initial interest into long-term accounts and growing those relationships over time.
You’ll have ownership of your pipeline, clear targets, and the freedom to sell in a consultative, professional way.
Day to Day, That Means:
* Speaking with inbound, engaged prospects
* Turning enquiries into long-term client relationships
* Growing and developing existing accounts
* Managing your pipeline through CRM and KPIs
* Working towards clear revenue and margin targets
* Being trusted to manage your desk like a professional
