We're seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to support their finance and purchasing functions. This role involves a broad range of tasks across accounts, payroll, general finance administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Your new role
* Manage customer invoicing, payments, and account statements.
* Handle supplier invoices, payment runs, and resolve discrepancies.
* Process payroll, pensions, and statutory payments (NI, PAYE, VAT).
* Maintain accurate banking records, including reconciliations and expense claims.
* Support month-end and year-end reporting.
* Assist with audits and stock take activities.
* Record production data and update import schedules.
* Adhoc duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
* Solid understanding of Finance ERP systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles
