Job details

Uni‑safe Access are looking for a General Administrator to join Unisafe Access in Atherstone. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, varied role and wants to be part of a supportive team within a growing business.

What you will do

  • Providing general administrative support across the business
  • Raising and processing invoices
  • Preparing and issuing quotes
  • Handling customer queries and responding to enquiries
  • Supporting with RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) documentation
  • Learning company equipment and relevant industry standards
  • Managing documents, records, and data entry
  • Keeping systems up to date and organised

Who you are

  • Previous admin experience (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work
