About the Position
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media platforms. This role involves more than managing posts; it includes curating impactful podcast moments using AI tools, editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that can transform lives.
You should have proven experience managing multiple social channels, video editing, AI-driven content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for creating engaging, motivational content that enhances our brand and resonates with audiences. A deep understanding of content culture—what gets shared and earns attention—is crucial.
Responsibilities
* Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth.
* Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the tone and style of the podcasts.
* YouTube growth & optimization: Enhance channel growth by optimizing content, creating compelling titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
* AI content creation and curation: Plan and produce high-quality visual content with AI tools, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
* Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content, aligning with marketing plans and partner needs.
* Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI to craft inspiring and engaging copy that reflects each podcast’s values.
* Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
* Performance tracking and reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor performance, generate reports, and refine strategies based on insights.
Skills & Experience
* Successful track record managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, increasing views, engagement, and subscribers.
* Strong understanding of social media and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with analytical skills.
* Video editing proficiency with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus familiarity with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
* Experience creating visually engaging content (e.g., thumbnails, carousels).
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
* Adaptability to changing deadlines and content priorities.
