Regional Service Manager Location: Birmingham (regional remit) Salary: £57,000 basic Car Allowance: £900 per month Bonus: 10% of base salary We are recruiting a Regional Service Manager on behalf of a global engineering organisation operating within the materials handling sector. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for regional service delivery, team performance, and service revenue growth. This position suits an experienced service leader who combines people management, operational control, and commercial drive. The Role You will lead a regional service team, ensuring high levels of safety, customer satisfaction, and contractual performance. Alongside day-to-day operational leadership, you will drive service growth through maintenance contracts, upgrades, refurbishments, and digital service solutions.
