Receptionist / Administrator – Full-Time

Thornhill Clinic is a private healthcare clinic in Luton, and due to continued growth, we are looking for a full-time Receptionist/Administrator to join our expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, professional, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a busy clinical environment.
Key Skills (Essential)
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Attention to detail
* Experience working with CRM systems
* Strong customer service and telephone skills
* Hard-working and reliable
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
* A good team player who can also follow instructions
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience in a clinical setting (NHS or private) – training will be provided if not
* Multi-lingual (Urdu, Bengali, or other languages) – a strong advantage
