About The Role
As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the level of care we offer exceeds professional standards and complies with statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervise/coaching colleagues to provide a service that’s empathetic and resident-focused.
About You
HC-One is seeking a Deputy Home Manager with knowledge of National Standards and experience in person-led care planning within a care home. The ideal candidate will have positive energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and be a natural mentor. You should manage time effectively, keep meaningful records, and communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
