This is a rare and fantastic opportunity for a Compliance professional with a significant knowledge, qualifications and previous exposure to Compliance Management/MLRO duties to join a reputable Organisation. A leading fiduciary services provider in the Isle of Man with a global presence spanning Europe, Asia and North America. This role is for the most senior and skilled professionals with 10+ years of relevant experience in compliance leadership, assessing and articulating legal and regulatory requirements for regulated business environments. Experience implementing, maintaining, and managing regulatory requirements of multiple jurisdictions is desired. The key responsibilities will be to develop, implement, monitor and maintain a comprehensive and cost-effective global Company Formations (“CF”) compliance strategy, establish a standardised approach to AML/CFT to encompass the compliance and governance standards of the organisation’s CF jurisdictions, implementinggroup compliance and other relevant group functional policies across the CF business as may be relevant, among the other varied responsibilities. The successful applicant will need to possess the industry recognised ICA Diploma in Compliance, plus be able to evidence proven multi-jurisdictional experience.
