The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 basic (Depending on your experience).
* Bonus: Earn up to £6,000 in performance bonuses (OTE £41,000).
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Fair Saturday morning rota).
* Training: Structured, fully-funded courses in Diagnostics and Hybrid/EV technology.
* Support: Work alongside senior mentors who will actually teach you the trade.
* Location: Modern Brighton workshop, easily reachable from Hove, Shoreham, and Worthing.
What You Will Be Doing
* Developing Skills: Moving beyond basic servicing into complex mechanical repairs.
* Tech-First Learning: Using the latest diagnostic tools to find and fix faults.
* Modern Maintenance: Handling servicing and repairs for a huge variety of modern vehicles.
* Career Building: Progressing toward your Level 3 status with our full financial backing.
Are You The One?
* You have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a workshop.
* You are qualified to Level 2 minimum (Level 3 is great, but we can help you get there).
* You hold a full UK Driving Licence and a "can-do" attitude.
* You are based in or near Brighton and want a stable, long-term career.
