Role Responsibilities:
Formatting CVs in a consistent manner to ensure that they are presentable for clients.
Setting a strategic vision to grow and enhance your market via candidate development, client development and market mapping
Researching the global life science industry with a strong focus on the European and US markets
Researching the current market to find appropriate candidates for live vacancies.
Contacting potential candidates via social media, telephone and email to create leads for live vacancies.
Sourcing new leads in order to generate new clients.
Ensure the company database is kept up to date and accurate.
Writing job adverts and descriptions to generate interest in vacancies.
Web surfing to identify openings with potential clients.
Marketing the Watton Hall brand via social networking and managing the website
Your Profile:
Experience in recruitment, sales, telesales (preferred but not essential)
Strong work ethic including being able and willing to go above and beyond to ensure targets are met
Eloquent communicator (both written and verbal)
Ability to think clearly in a fast paced and busy environment and able to show initiative
Must be highly motivated and able to work autonomously
Strong rapport building skills
