Personal Assistant
Location: Manchester (office-based with some flexibility)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE

This is more than a PA role, you'll be right at the heart of their fast-moving, creative business, supporting the founders with everything from diary and inbox management to international travel and trade shows. You'll also help keep life running smoothly outside of work, managing errands, events, and even their much-loved office dog.

What you'll do
* Manage complex diaries and inboxes with confidence and discretion.
* Organise domestic and international travel, events, and client hospitality.
* Provide on-the-ground support at trade shows, launches, and internal events.
* Handle personal tasks for the founders from errands and bookings to family diaries and dog care.
* Capture simple social media content and liaise with marketing to keep them on-brand.
* Follow up on projects and actions, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What we're looking for
* Solid experience as a PA, EA, or senior administrator.
* Brilliant organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High levels of discretion, trust, and professionalism.
* A love of dogs (non-negotiable).
* Bonus points if you've supported founders in fast-growth businesses or have event/trade show experience.
