Overview
Multilingual Human Resources Assistant (Fluent in French)
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid working – 2-3days in the office per week, the rest remote)
Duration: 5 months (Flex)
Hours – 37.5 hours per week. (9am-5.30pm)
An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Assistant to join a team on an interim basis within a pharmaceutical company based in Liverpool.
Main Responsibilities:
-Under general supervision, responds to employee or manager inquiries in accordance with established procedures
-Supports inquiries and requests requiring deviation from standard scripts and screens
-Liaises with either the Center of Expertise or HRBP when necessary, and escalates when needed
-Maintains detailed and current knowledge of the company’s HR policies and procedures
-Identifies escalation trends and opportunities for accomplishing new and different requests
-Creates, monitors, and closes out tickets in the case management tool
Qualifications:
-Minimum C1 French is essential as the candidate will be managing France
