A fast-growing Manchester based professional services firm is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead its finance function during a period of exciting change. You will maintain business as usual finance responsibilities whilst senior finance professionals work on a 4 month project.
This is a senior, hands-on role overseeing financial reporting, controls, cash flow, and operational finance in a dynamic, multi-office environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Produce monthly management accounts and board reporting
2. Oversee billing, revenue recognition, WIP and credit control
3. Manage cash flow and working capital
4. Lead statutory accounts and audit process
5. Strengthen financial controls and processes
6. Partner with senior leadership to support strategic growth
7. Lead and develop the finance team
About You
8. ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
9. Proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior finance lead
10. Hands-on, proactive and comfortable in a scaling business
11. Northwest based & available immediately
