Responsiv is looking for an Account Manager with experience managing multiple accounts and selling business solutions that include consulting, cloud, and software products. You will be responsible for finding, qualifying, and progressing sales opportunities across multiple accounts supported by a team of technical consultants who provide pre-sales support and solution ideas.

Key responsibilities:
* Engage with customers at programme management, technical architect, CTO, and CIO levels to build trusted, productive relationships.
* Collaborate with Responsiv's technical and product management teams to understand customer requirements and propose costed solutions addressing real business problems.
* Organize and lead responses to customer requests, RFIs, and RFPs to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is a vital part of the role.
* Develop sales alongside the account managers.
* Generate new pipeline opportunities through market activities, including working with the digital marketing team to initiate campaigns and promote Responsiv's value proposition.
* Lead presentations to customer executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and Responsiv solutions.
* Maintain current CRM data and provide weekly updates on pipeline opportunities, sales stages, and actions to close.
About you:
* Experience in building new and existing client relationships.
* A self-starter capable of prioritizing tasks, with good time management. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and active listening are essential. Asking questions is encouraged.
* Goal-oriented, competitive, with the determination to overcome objections and succeed. Evidence of goal setting and achievement in personal and professional contexts is desirable.
* Willingness to travel to meet customers and prospects to foster business growth.
* Strong background in selling digital transformation solutions and services, including cloud, data, automation, and integration, with deal sizes between £50k and £500k.
