About the Programme
The Global SGP spans 24 months: first 8 months at the Siemens Rail Technology Centre in Chippenham, next 8 months in Spain or Germany, and final 8 months back in the UK. The programme is designed to develop exceptional STEM candidates who have an interest in moving into senior business functions.
