Overview
Becoming a Biochef at Biospan involves creating bespoke, nutrition-forward meals for private clients in their homes. You will work with nutrition experts and a head chef to craft nutritious, delicious menus using high-quality organic ingredients. This is a live-out, full-time role requiring discretion and the ability to travel for short work projects.
Responsibilities
* Create varied menus following the Principal's dietary requirements
* Keep kitchens stocked with appropriate ingredients; shop and source seasonal produce
* Manage wine cellar and pantry/beverage areas
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times
* Prepare and stock specialty or themed meals when required
* Collaborate with a high-performance team of specialists; communicate effectively
* Travel with the family when required
* Support weekend work flexibility as part of a 5-day-per-week schedule
* Be comfortable with dogs
* Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle
* Undertake Enhanced DBS check at offer stage
Experience and Qualifications
* 3 years minimum chef experience
* Private chef experience (preferred)

Salary: Dependent on experience – circa £65K+
