Phenom 300 type rating (EMB 505) Mandatory Requirement
Purpose of Position
Lead the flight operations of the assigned aircraft to ensure safety, security, comfort, and exemplary service to passengers. Collaborate proactively with Executive Jet Management Europe (EJME) management on issue escalation, service needs, and strategy.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Manage the flight operation of the assigned aircraft according to standards and regulations to ensure safety and quality.
* Identify and propose improvements for key processes and procedures to enhance operational excellence.
* Update fleet's Operation Manual Part B and Cabin Crew Manual to meet EJME standards, ensuring safety and quality of flight operations.
* Prepare crew rosters and submit within established timelines.
* Conduct inspections of flight crew performance and develop improvements to policies and procedures.
* Review aircraft equipment and stay updated on new developments to ensure compliance and optimal use.
* Publish fleet-specific directives and procedures in cooperation with relevant departments.
* Ensure publication of the Aeroplane Operating Manual (AOM) and access to Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM) for pilots.
* Support training and standards departments with fleet-specific training needs.
* Coordinate with Maintenance for airworthiness and post-maintenance checks.
* Assist Safety department with safety investigations and measures.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other (KSAOs)
* Minimum of 3,000 total flight hours.
* Experience as Pilot in Command.
* Airline Transport Pilot Licence with appropriate type ratings.
* European Union Class 1 medical.
* Multi-crew experience (500 hours).
* Successful completion of upgrade courses and line training as captain.
* Demonstrated excellent performance.
* Strong background in commercial aviation (EUOPS and/or AIROPS advantageous).
* Military or airline training is a plus.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Fluency in English (preferably level 6); knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
