We're a UK marketing agency that builds lead generation and sales pipeline systems for trade businesses. Our clients are growing fast and we need someone to fill the top of our funnel so the sales team can close.
This isn't a polished corporate SDR role. We're small, moving fast, and we want someone who picks up the phone and gets it done.
What you'll actually do
Book qualified discovery calls for our sales team. That's the job. You'll work a mix of leads we provide and prospects you source yourself, calling owners and decision-makers at UK trade businesses. You'll own your pipeline, your dials, and your booked-call number.
What we expect
200 dials per day, or 10 booked calls per week with a verified decision-maker — hit one and we're happy
2+ years B2B cold calling / SDR experience (non-negotiable — we don't have time to teach the basics)
You can handle gatekeepers, objections, and rejection without losing energy
Comfortable working remote, self-managed, no one looking over your shoulder
Bonus points if you've sold to trades, SMEs, or services businesses before
