70% electrical, 30% mechanical
Knowledge of process controls (Siemens or Allen Bradley), PLCs, 18th edition is desirable

Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00-16:00 or 8:00-17:00
Salary: £40k-£45k
On call every other week/3 weeks. When on call, paid a minimum of 3 hours, even if on site for 30 mins, plus additional pay if called out the next day.
DUTIES of Electrical Maintenance Engineer
* Health & Safety Compliance: Operate within health & safety requirements and all relevant company procedures.
* Daily Maintenance Tasks: Perform daily maintenance as directed by the Maintenance Manager, including greasing, inspection, and repair of processing equipment.
* Record Keeping: Update maintenance records accurately.
* Breakdown Assistance: Assist with breakdowns, repairs, or projects as required.
* Training Needs Identification: Identify own training needs and inform the Mill Manager.
* Task Delegation: Perform tasks delegated by the Maintenance or Mill Manager.
* Tool Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment clean and secure after use.
* Inventory Management: Maintain an effective spares inventory system.
* Tool & Equipment Requests: Notify the Maintenance Manager for new tools or equipment needed.
* Scope of Authority: Sign for supplier deliveries on behalf of the company.

* Maintain protective clothing and appearance.

* Complete documentation accurately and promptly.
* Minimize machinery failure through proper maintenance.

Physical Requirements
* Basic computer skills.
* Basic clerical and administrative skills.
* Experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance, electrical preferred.
* Good health to perform job duties.
* Driving license.
