Practice Manager/Office Manager
An award-winning, modern LEXCEL-accredited high street practice is seeking a Practice Manager or Office Manager to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis.
The Partners are eager to recruit an experienced Practice Manager or Assistant Manager who is looking to advance their career. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and the opportunity to be part of the leadership team, supporting the Partners as the firm continues to grow. Ideal candidates will have a similar background with strong compliance and operational skills within a legal firm. Key experience areas include:
1. HR functions and staff management
2. Recruitment
3. Office operations, facilities, and IT projects
4. Marketing and communications
5. Compliance and liaising with regulatory bodies such as LEXCEL
6. Managing, attending, and drafting minutes for Partnership Meetings
7. Knowledge of legal finance (advantageous but not essential)
8. Service delivery, client solutions, and managing client complaints
