Warehouse Operative - Temp to Perm Opportunity

Location: Sherburn in Elmet
Shifts Available & Pay Rates:
Rota Shifts: 5 days out of 6 per week (Sunday always off, every other Saturday required)
Choose from AM or PM shift
AM Shift: 06:00 - 14:00, Pay rate: £12.75 p/h
PM Shift: 14:00 - 22:00, Pay rate: £13.75 p/h
Fixed Shift: Friday - Monday (4 days shift)
06:00 - 16:00, Pay rates: £12.75 p/h (Monday & Friday), £14.25 p/h (Saturday & Sunday)

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a friendly, busy, and fast-paced team. This is a hands-on role that includes a variety of warehouse tasks.
Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:
Accurately pick and prepare customer orders
Carry out general manual handling and warehouse duties
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and support warehouse operations
Follow all site health & safety procedures and company policies
Warehouse Operative - Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential - full training provided
Physically fit for a manual, active role involving standing and lifting
Flexible to work either the 5 out of 6 rota shift (AM or PM) or the fixed Friday-Monday shift
Own transport essential due to site location and limited public transport options
