Fast paced role where you will be delivering 3 week courses 5 days a week to cohorts of 25 learners. Employee Coach and inspire learners to develop skills in stewarding, retail and hospitality in a group setting around Manchester. Previous teaching vocational training experience Hold (or be willing to work towards) relevant teaching qualification. A genuine passion for developing others and sharing knowledge. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage a varied workload and deliver high-quality teaching / coaching. Relevant occupational sector experience (vocational) and relevant qualifications (at a level higher than delivery), and/or current updated CPD Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent Excellent communication skills Experience of coaching to support learning Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload Desirable: Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33). Knowledge of government-funded training and apprenticeship standards.
