Job Description

The Customer Success Services (CSS) team supports over 6,000 companies worldwide, accelerating innovation and ensuring optimal use of Oracle Cloud applications. In this role, you will provide post‑sales support and solutions for UK Government clients, acting as a subject‑matter expert in Fusion Cloud PPM.
Lifecycle Management
As customers mature, you will enhance product adoption and user experience, leading initiatives such as release management, extension development, and proactive issue resolution. Your work will help meet key business KPIs and improve overall customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver post‑sales support for UK Government clients, resolving technical and functional customer issues.
* Act as the main point of contact, facilitating relationships between customers, Support, Product Management, XLOB, and internal Oracle teams.
* Provide strategic support to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, using automated tools to diagnose, document, and resolve complex issues.
Background You Should Have
* 3+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM or 5+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS PPM.
* Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance, British Nationality required.
* Minimum 5 years UK residency for UK Security Vetting (SC) requirements.
* Experience applying and testing Oracle Updates.
* Strong experience in support, configuration, and extension services activities.
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
* Ability to work with multiple teams to address client needs.
* Demonstrated self‑initiative and ability to work independently.
* Hands‑on experience supporting, integrating, and extending Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
* Expertise in configuring and optimizing applications, and understanding of performance tuning techniques.
We Also Use
* Fusion SaaS products (e.g., OIC, EPM, ERP, SCM, HCM, Payroll).
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be an expert member of the problem‑solving/avoidance team, handling extremely complex customer issues with high autonomy. You will report on customer status and technical matters, and provide expert technical advice to customers and Oracle employees.
