Are you a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Dover?
We are currently working with a number of specialist SEN schools across Dover that are seeking talented and enthusiastic Teachers to join their teams on a full-time basis. These schools support pupils with a wide range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Complex Needs.
The Role: SEN Teacher
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils.
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment where pupils can thrive.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
Support pupils' academic achievement, personal development, and wellbeing.
Contribute to EHCP reviews, target setting, and progress monitoring.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential.
Previous experience working within SEN settings is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach.
