About the Role As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential property law and be dedicated to providing an excellent service to clients. Key Responsibilities: Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. Advising clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold/freehold properties. Maintaining and building strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders. Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members when necessary. Key Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential property law. Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision. Proactive, client-focused, and commercially minded.
