Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Outwood Academy Brumby has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and inspirational Inclusion department, supporting students in the Learning Resource Centre. This permanent position is ideal for someone with experience supporting student learning and looking to further their career in education.
The role involves supporting students by fostering a culture of success, promoting positive attitudes towards learning, and enhancing their life chances, attainment, and social-emotional development. A key focus is improving literacy levels, especially for students facing obstacles in developing their literacy skills. The role may include group work with disadvantaged students and collaboration across curriculum areas.
