Retail Business Services (RBS) supports Amazon’s global retail growth through three core tasks: (a) Selection, sourcing and enriching ASINs to boost GMS; (b) Defect Elimination, resolving supply chain defects and developing root cause fixes; and (c) supporting operational processes where there are tech gaps. The RBS tech team develops automation leveraging Machine/Deep Learning to scale complex tasks that require human cognitive skills, ensuring Amazon's catalog is complete and accurate for a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for products and initiatives.
* Build scalable processes and frameworks for GTM execution.
* Align GTM strategies with broader business goals in partnership with senior leadership.
* Create and maintain executive communications and presentations.
* Lead cross-functional teams to execute large-scale programs across geographies and business units.
* Develop project plans, timelines, success metrics, and manage dependencies and risks.
* Drive data-driven decision making using analytics and customer insights.
About the Team
RBS supports Amazon’s global retail growth through sourcing, defect resolution, and operational support, leveraging automation and Machine/Deep Learning to scale tasks that require human cognition.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 7+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
* 7+ years of program or project management experience.
* 7+ years of delivering cross-functional projects.
* Experience defining program requirements and using data for improvements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 4+ years of driving process improvements.
* Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, HR, education, or related fields.
