Example Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector. This vacancy is for a qualified domestic heating engineer covering the West London area, carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local housing association contract.
Role
* Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s)
* Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems
* Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients
* Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records
Requirements
* 2 years' experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer
* Experience servicing boilers and gas appliances with strong fault‑finding/diagnostic and repair skills
* ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1)
* Full UK driving licence
* No unspent criminal convictions (DBS check to be carried out on offer of employment)
Package
* 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
* Overtime paid at hourly rate
* Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided
* Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 per annum (DOE & qualifications)
* Out of Hours call‑out on rota basis, paid either per job or hourly decided by engineer

* OTE £60,000+ per annum
