We are looking for a Programme Manager to join our UK Services & Delivery team. You will be responsible for leading programme delivery and implementation efforts for some of the most critical public safety technology deployments in the UK. This is a pivotal role as we grow our footprint across the region and deliver mission-critical solutions to first responders.
What You'll Do

* Delivered key milestones for Records Management System (RMS) implementations with UK police forces
* Worked cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to resolve project risks before they could impact go-live timelines
* Contributed to refining our UK delivery playbook to embed best practices as they relate to the PRINCE2 framework, Agile delivery, and ITIL-aligned service operations, in conjunction with our service management team
* Collaborated with UK public sector stakeholders to ensure compliance, adoption, and satisfaction across project phases
* Supported Agile sprint planning by working with R&D teams to identify tasks, ownership, delivery dates, and follow-on steps for configuration, testing, and validation
* Reviewed a lessons-learned session post go-live and used the outcomes to propose continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Need
We're looking for a Programme Manager with 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technology delivery projects, ideally in the public sector. You should be confident in your ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously and be comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-growing organisation.
Must-haves: Proven experience delivering enterprise software programmes, preferably for UK public sector or public safety organisations - Familiarity with ITIL framework and Agile delivery methodologies - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities - Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage competing demands - A proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously
It would be great if you also had: Experience working with police, emergency services, or government clients - Experience scaling delivery operations in startup or scale-up environments

Location
This role is based in Greater Manchester, with flexibility for hybrid working. Some travel may be required to customer sites within the UK.
