About the role
Do you have a passion for analysis and excellent attention to detail? Are you able to interpret trends and provide recommendations? BSI is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and highly driven individual to join their Global Marketing Regulatory Services (Medical Devices) team.
Reporting to the Marketing Data and Performance Manager, the Marketing Data Executive will be responsible for working with the Regulatory Services Marketing global, regional and local teams to define and implement measurement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives, producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
* Report on web analytics for the BSI Regulatory Services and to individual country websites
* Provide daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc reports and analysis documentation as briefed by the business – this would include presenting findings or test results
* Use available data sources to deep dive and troubleshot campaigns (and overall) performance issues and proposed optimisation tests, both on-site and campaign-based.
* Support line manager to identify and advise on suitable measurement strategies and help benchmark performance across all digital channels and advise on KPIs
* Use methodical performance analysis to influence/support campaign strategies and activities; develop custom marketing dashboard concepts with the support of line manager
* Report on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on the analytics data.
* Analyse the effect of different online and offline channels on each other and develop, share and help implement strategies for improvement and growth.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and explore opportunities to cross-sell, upsell and support new client acquisition.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Data Science areas
* At least 2 years experience in data analysis techniques and Microsoft Excel, and in using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.); experience in working within a Marketing / Analytics environment
* Understanding of CRM, data structures, data analysis, and reporting systems
* Strong analytical, problem solving and numerical skills; excellent communication (written and oral) and collaboration skills
