Experience with related technologies demanded by Oracle solutions, including cloud platforms IaaS & PaaS, Identity and Access Management, data platforms, Service Management, automation solutions, IoT, Operational Technology, API management. Demonstrable technical mastery in architecture frameworks, system design, integration, and data management. Understanding the needs of operational managers and users, articulating best practices for major components of enterprise operating models. Capability to govern using Just-In-Time and Just-Enough Architecture for incremental value realization. Ability to operationalize customers business strategies by leveraging technology solutions. Experience supporting clients on their digital transformations for ERP solutions. Evidence of cultivating strong relationships with teams, senior leadership, and alliance partners. Responsibility for developing business and carrying a personal sales target of £1m (for Senior Manager grades). Ability to develop the next generation of digital architects through line management and mentoring. Must be cleared or eligible to obtain a UK Security Clearance. Responsibilities: Develop large clients ERP target architectures and roadmaps and govern delivery against them. Act as clients visionary advisor, aligning their overall operating models with ERP solutions and autonomous systems integration. Contribute to Capgeminis architecture community and advance vendor alliance relationships. Mentor developing talent and curate learning materials and experiences. Maintain the maturity of delivery and business development assets. Lead/contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches. Participate in internal contributions such as campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, and practice development. Engage in learning and development activities to support career advancement and skill demands.
